ADIPEC helped CS in our response to the realities of the energy transition as well as strategies necessary to address how the energy industry can navigate these complex times. Consolidated Suppliers, along with its partner Deep Casing Tools from Aberdeen, are pleased to introduce TurboCaser™.

TurboCaser™ is a high-speed, turbine-powered casing running system designed to address these challenges. It helps drilling teams to land casings and intermediate liners at target depth in even the most complex wells. The unique drillable turbine can be drilled through in minutes, after normal cementation, in one cost effective operation, allowing the same bottom-hole assembly to immediately drill ahead through the next section.

Abu Dhabi International Petroleum Exhibition Conference (ADIPEC), the world’s largest and most influential event for the oil and gas industry. ADIPEC is held annually in Abu Dhabi for 4 days, focusing on business dialogue and knowledge transfer that addresses today’s energy needs and defines tomorrow’s energy landscape.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, ADIPEC retains its position and will be held in November 2021. Consolidated Suppliers, being one of the remarkable participants during this event over the years, will participate with a larger presence in November 2021.

We are delighted to announce our most recent partnership with CoreAll from Norway whom are specialized in developing a game changing core drilling technology for the E&P industry. The Intelligent Coring System includes real-time coring process control with true formation evaluation data and the ability to core and drill with the same bottom hole assembly.

The CoreAll Measurement While Coring System MWC® provides essential real-time logging information of the core as it enters the core barrel, enabling drillers and geologist to optimize the coring process by evaluating the core in real-time prior to deciding if the core material is to be collected, or discarded into the return mudflow.

The CoreAll Core Removal System CRS® allows unwanted core material to be drilled away and discharged into the return mud flow. Activation of the CRS is controlled from surface, allowing the operator to switch between drilling and coring modes. Trips to change between coring and drilling equipment can be reduced or eliminated, thus reducing operation time and cost, and improving wellbore conditions

We are delighted to announce our new partnership with Impulse Downhole Tools from Canada.
Impulse DHT is focused on reducing the overall friction encountered when horizontal drilling. The company is comprised of a group of individuals who have focused their entire careers in the oil field service sector and have a proven track record of designing and implementing new technologies.

Their three main areas of focus are:

Drill String Dynamics new designs of vibration tools that are placed in the drill string to reduce the amount of friction encountered when drilling

• PowerPulse™ – An axial vibration tool providing constant vibration which is activated as soon as the rigs pumps are engaged.
• ActiPulse™ – An axial vibration tool that is activated by an activation ball dropped from surface, vibration is activated when needed.
• The HT Series – The above tools described but built with high torque connections for harsh drilling environments.

Drill String Design – Increasing drill pipe rigidity in order to minimize points of contact in the well bore.

Mitigating Drilling Issues – Reducing reactive torque, minimize cutter impact damage on drill bits and to allow for more uniform weight on bit (WOB) transfer from surface applied parameters to downhole actual parameters.

Consolidated Suppliers HSE department takes the responsibility to offer a healthy environment at the workplace by having a checkpoint that contains a sanitization point and body temperature testing. In addition to reducing the manpower at the workplace to 30% by allowing them to work remotely from their homes.
